The original plans called for a rendered front finish on this new build however as time when on it was considered that the rendered look was bland and there wasn’t any architectural design to it so other finishing options were considered.

After discussions Colourbond Prominence matt black was installed on the front elevation modernising and transforming the front of this house. The result was a design stroke of perfection with the clients loving the end result.
