With so much remodelling of this property it made sense to convert one of the existing bedrooms besides the master bedroom into a new ENS and WIR. The concrete floor was removed and the window opening was bricked up to be made smaller with design and privacy in mind. Previously the home had one bathroom and there wasn’t a WIR. Clever design with a door frame renovation the sliding door separates the two for easy transitioning and privacy. Strip lighting was installed above the mirror for extra mirror clarity and for a design feature.
