The clients wanted their dated 70’s 3 x 1 brick home completely modernized, with architecturally designed open plan spaces, an outside entertaining area created which maximized the views of Manning Park. Many walls were removed and two new bedrooms added.

Our clients wanted to design the new carport around the Casia Fistula tree to maintain its beauty. The home now boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, built in robes and a large modern kitchen for all the family needs. The kitchen has LED lighting under the overhead cabinets and a silent rangehood which is a game changer when entertaining.
