This renovated bathroom now exudes class. The bathroom was completely gutted with a custom vanity and recessed overhead mirrored shaving cabinet installed for more storage. As with many old properties there wasn’t a concrete floor in the bathroom so a new concrete slab was poured and the adjoining wall was underpinned as it was laid on only a brick footing.
